Suggestion Title: Anti Teaming/Punishable for teaming in events.

How would it benefit the server: Less people alting/teaming to get stuff out of the event eco on special case day in events because there to horrible at doing it normally!.

Potential Issues/Exploits: no idea.

Additional notes: Mainly Lenny Boy and his CRew are the ones doing this now.
