Recently at the Community Q & A however EMP gave a very concise answer to those who do want the ZARP Vanilla server. This exact thing has been tried before in FP a good 5-6 years ago now and whilst it was very popular and brought some old players back for a solid 3 weeks within a month again the players who returned for the Vanilla aspects all dropped away and the players that remained wanted new updates & features resulting in EMP having to waste a lot of time re-adding features and re-importing data that was already there. Another example of this is WOW Classic which has seen dwindling player numbers recently following the hype last year.
