What makes me a good candidate

Experience
While I have only been Super Admin for two months I have taken to the role very quickly have tackled many duties and situations that comes with the role. Whenever something needs dealing with I have always volunteered to be the one to deal with it if I am able to. I have many, many hours on the server and I do feel like I know what things are good for the community and what things are not and as a head admin I would have more influence and will be able to address any concerns as they will come straight to me through the users that I have built . In short, I try to do a lot as super admin and when I do it I do it to the best of my ability in order to be most helpful for the staff team and for the users on the server. I have done a high amount of my lead team duties. For example, in the 2 months I have been super admin I have trained 14 of the staff members.

Dedication
As I said before, I have many hours on the server (over 1400 in total) and the reason for this is that I love playing the server and I love playing the gamemode. Another thing that shows my dedication to the server is that I do the jobs that the other LT don’t like doing. An example of this is keeping lead team documents up to date. One specific part of the OneNote had not been updated for months before I went back through it and updated it. Also, I’ve moved several LT guides to the OneNote and made work on updating the staff handbook.

Activity & Availability
I believe that I have really good activity on TTT, I play for around 1000 minutes a week, so I am on the server quite often helping staff and dealing with other situations. I am also available on teamspeak quite often for anyone to contact me. But I am most often contacted through discord. Pretty much every day I get multiple messages from staff and users wanting to raise their concerns to me and to ask for my help in certain situations. This shows that the staff team and the user see me as someone who is approachable and helpful.

Forums & Teamspeak
I try to be as active as I can on the forums. I give feedback to all users who are applying for staff, doing so by giving them pointers on how to improve, and voicing my opinion on suggestions. Whenever I see a report abuse I’ll handle them, although prefer to deal with situations on the server before the user makes the report abuse if I am on the server. I will also pass punishment appeals and punishment requests on to administrators while offering my guidance if they need it.
I am very active on the teamspeak, I am on it most days and even when im AFK I can be reached by a simple poke. I have attended every meeting so far as staff. I make my voice heard and my opinion known in the meetings.

What I can do as Head Admin

My number one priority as a head admin would be to make sure that the staff team are all capable and that they understand the purpose of their role as someone who is there to improve the experience of the users and not to simply punish people who break rules. I would give them as much support as I can. I will also keep an eye on the staff team to ensure that there are no potential issues brewing with specific members. I will actively check on members of the staff team to make sure they understand what they are doing and will take action when any issues surface. I will continue to keep the resources that the staff use up to date such as the staff handbook and the LT OneNote.

A rather obvious thing that I will make use of as a Head Admin is the more advanced anticheat. As a super admin I have caught many hackers, whether it be through video or through getting them to admit. However, not once have I been successful with the AC that is available for super admins. Making use of the advanced anticheat will speed up the process of punishing hackers and will prevent them from ruining the experience of the other users.

I have been on the server for a while now and I have seen many good admins leave. If they wish to return I can give them permission to apply straight to admin as long as they were a good staff member with a good attitude that parted on good terms.

In short I want to make the staff team as strong as they can possibly be in order to give the users the best possible experience and to make TTT number 1.

Final thoughts

I believe that I am currently standing out rather well as a great candidate for the Head Admin role and I try to go above and beyond my current rank as much as possible. While the 3 current Head admins are doing a great job in their role I still believe that a fourth would benefit the server if it was given to the right candidate.
