Thank you for your report. I have spoke to the punishing admin and in the case of the mute it was a legitimate mute as the user was trying to loophole racism which I'm sure you can agree is not really acceptable in a public setting. In terms of the warning we can see that he may have been put into a situation where he thought it was acceptable to make that text screen but the original punishing staff didn't see this happening. For this reason there is no action necessary against the punishing staff because they were not intending to be malicious in any way and Xnator has said to me that he would easily be willing to remove the warning if he could of explained this in an appeal which is the proper way to go about these things. The best way forward would simply be for him to make that appeal.
