Please can we keep this thread focused on the person and case in question? If we stray too far from that it gives a good excuse to lock it when there's still a lot of valid conversation to be had.
EDIT: I'd just like to state that as of posting this, there is no valid reason for closing this thread, and doing so would be an attempt to shut this punishment down without fair discussion.
