As per our Bug & Exploit Rewards Policy we expect community members to report exploits to the Community Team as fast as possible. You were originally banned for refusing to report an exploit after being directly approached by a member of the Community Team. Your ban was already reduced to 11 days in your last appeal and I don't think reducing it further is reasonable.

Your punishment will not be reduced / removed.
