It was denied once, not a few times. Also not sure why you feel that he would have to write an entirely new appeal when there is absolutely nothing wrong with this one.

I'm not saying he should write a new one, i'm saying if he was banned for hacking while being part of the cc that seems pretty seriously and imo he's unlikely to be unbanned soon so why is he making another appeal now when his app doesnt bring up anything new and barely any time has passed.
