The main issue I have isn't your past demotions, they were a long time ago and people change. The problem is, you haven't. You have had numerous bans and more punishments than I can count in the past couple of months. Whenever you were on the server, even if you weren't directly rulebreaking, you would try and get others to loophole and break rules, just generally causing issues and being annoying. I know you were just having fun, but you tend to take it too far. Even with the recent warning you had appealed, you were trying to be racist and testing what you could get away with. Also please turn down your microphone, its way too loud sometimes.

Yes you have definitely improved in the past two weeks, but it's only been two weeks, for me, I need to see this on a more consistent basis before I'd be happy with you getting staff again. Probably at least another two weeks before you'd have my vote.
