Not here to throw Harry down because I don't even dislike Harry I like him a lot. Put it simple though we have on multiple occasions thrown away his past when he applies for staff. 4 times at this point and every time he comes back and makes it worse for himself. All due respect there needs to be a point where people just say no. If you think this is his first time trying to come back and asking for a second chance you are so wrong... Throwing aside history once or twice is fine but it's extensive at this point. I don't blame anyone for finding his history as staff disturbing and a lot of it is unknown until someone mentions it in discussion before the meeting or what have you. I also don't understand why this is so one sided like the amount of people that can't see another side the this story is beyond me. Harry has been good as staff but also bad I am no different it just takes time at this point as it's been many many many chances. It's not hard to show improvement being consistent after coming back is completely different and giving him another chance after showing improvement AGAIN. I don't know how I feel about it. Secondly if an EX-SA got enough bans in a row to get a 35 day ban (In fairness it was lowered) and that ban is not even super old either is just simply not a good look. Despite what a lot of people are saying no one is holding personal grudges just stating facts from their knowledge or experiences with Harry.

Also Lewis if you think Harry should be given a fourth chance, TheFierceOwl should for sure be staff again as he had made many attempts to improve only to be shit on and denied every week by literally everyone with good reason. As accepted Owl would just be ridiculous to anyone who knows about him. Harry is making changes so he will need to keep showing improvement.

Harry in my opinion I know you can do well and just like last time at this point like I said it might take a few weeks. I've seen you staff before you keep your head up and you will likely get it back soon enough. I've fought for you before and I will likely fight for you again.
