How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3/Discord?: I would first take them to a room with me alone and speak with them, asking for proof and how the situation went. Depending on the outcome I would follow up with basic duties. If there was proof I would take it in and look at what has happened and punish the person accordingly. This could mean a mute/ban/temp-ban.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:
Kick power
The kick command can be used to kick a user to tell them they need to stop breaking the TOU.
Ban power
Bans a user for an amount of time An appropriate situation where this would be required is if someone broke TOU.
Mute power
This power can mute a person from talking through his mic or it can stop them from typing on discord for a select amount of time. examples include spamming racist links in the discord channel. Spams in general really. if someone is getting a little to verbal, even someone saying something homophobic/Racist
Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
I believe I should be chosen for staff in Teamspeak/Discord because I am very active in Teamspeak. I am always on discord watching the chat (lurking if you want to call it that) and I am active in the staff channels. Every now and then report stuff to Onion and other server owners since I am on the channel with them most of the time I am on TeamSpeak. I am on TeamSpeak every day speaking with Chute, Onion, Xnator, Martin, Spectrum, and even EMP even tho people think he is a myth. I am a very talkative person and I know how to handle a heated situation accordingly in real life because of my job and I can easily do it here.
