How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3/Discord?:
I'd tell the person harassing the user to stop and if they do not then I'd handle out punishments depending on the severity of the situation such as a verbal warning, kick or ban.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:
Ban - Used to deal with users that break terms of use. Example Kevin being Kevin.Kick - Used to deal with users mic spamming after being told to stop. Example Kevin being Kevin.

Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
I'm often on Team Speak and I have to deal with Kevin screaming down the microphone for hours, getting accepted will greatly satisfy my needs and I will deal with any rule breakers on the server efficiently. I've staffed plenty of times in the past so I also have the experienced needed for this position.
