Basically Cooldown meter that shows how long left till you could equip another suit, similiar to a Holstering meter

How would it benefit the server:
Lowers the chances of someone equipping pressing their suit + special weapon bind before the cooldown ends and getting their special weapon ripped, Quality of life

Potential Issues/Exploits:
None that i can think of
