SSRP - 12 HOUR DATABASE ROLLBACK

As a result of an issue tonight involving the Event System the server will be rolled back just over 12 hours to 2.00am 2nd September 2020. This was due to an exploit in the code.

WHAT IS BEING ROLLED BACK AND IS IT A WIPE?

Don't worry we keep regular backups there is no server wipe. There will be a short rollback of around 12 hours of the database to 2.00am this morning. So all your items/inventory and stats will be rolled back to this time this morning.

If you have made any trades/deals etc during this time you will need to make them again as everything will be back to the exact state it was in at 2.00am this morning.

WHAT ABOUT MY BOOSTER PACKS/VIP?

Don't worry no Booster Packs or VIP purchases will be rolled back. If you claimed any Booster Packs after 2.00am today 2nd September 2020 you will be able to claim them again to retain the exact same items. ZARP VIP will work as normal.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO FIX THIS

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused but we were able to identify the root cause very quickly from our robust logging system and devise a plan and then restore a backup. We will be making changes to our testing checklist to make sure this particular issue cannot get past us again.
