I don't think it's the smartest of choices to apply right after you put up an inactivity notice, I know it has to do with in-game and not the forums but you specifically mentioned burnout and no motivation to play, if you end up not finding that motivation you can't hold a forum rank without any other ranks on any of the servers. Other than that you would be a good candidate so
