How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3/Discord?:
Ask the perpetrator(s) to stop harassing said user and if they don't then depending on the situation/severity there is a big variety of punishments that could be placed on the offender(s) from something as simple as a verbal warning to a kick and/or a ban.
Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:
Teamspeak
Kick- used when a user is mic spamming and won't stop after being asked to
Ban- used when a user severely break the TOU, for example, being racist
Discord
?mute(Dyno)- used when a user is spamming the chat channels and won't stop after being asked to
?ban(Dyno)- used when a user severely breaks the TOU, for example, being racist
Why I should be chosen? (we recommend around 50 words):
I know my cm ban is still relatively recent even though it's been more than a month but all I can really say is that in these 2 years I've been gone I've only grown as a person and also matured, I'm no longer the hot-headed teen you probably remember as. I've changed and I think I've already proven it so far. I have all the experience needed to be a good staff member as "proven" by the ranks I once held (TTT Super Admin, PH Head Admin, Murder Super Admin, Deathrun Admin, SSRP admin, team speak staff and section moderator on appeals and server apps) as well as the rank I hold currently (bhop moderator). Moreover, I'm on team speak almost always and discord is always open either on my phone or my pc.



P.S I know people say that if you go into something with a negative mindset you are likely to fail but I like to be realistic and I know my chances of being accepted are quite low but I just want to show the community my interest to help out.
