If he checked the logs, I assume he would see that quite clearly. If you want to be 100% strict on the issue, yes the user broke NLR, but the staff member broke a bigger rule. Staff should be friendly and understanding to members on the server. I would personally have accepted the user's excuse for breaking NLR, let them return, and then killed them anyway as part of the raid. What Mix3rz did is RDM, and I don't think we should excuse blatant staff RDMing.
