Obviously I don't believe that my NLR was valid in this situation but regardless of what you believe here are the 2 potential situations.

1. My NLR wasn't valid due to the circumstances:
Mix3rz shouldn't have physgunned me away from my base.
He shouldn't have left me there without explanation
He shouldn't have taken advantage of the opportunity to raid me
He shouldn't have shot me dead in the street for no reason

2. My NLR was valid and I broke it:
He should have taken me to a rooftop
He should have explained the issue to me
He shouldn't have taken advantage of the opportunity to raid me
He shouldn't have shot me dead in the street for no reason

Surely just the RDM alone coupled with the disregard for the situation is a strong reason for demotion.

I don't think the subject of whether or not NLR counted needs to be discussed anymore, the primary issue was him taking advantage of the situation by raiding my base as soon as he had a way of getting me away from it, the blatant RDM and then the toxicity in OOC.
