I thought admins were meant to avoid raiding bases after they had received info on it from administrative duties?

usually "info from administrative duties" refers to when staff teleport inside for a sit then raid like 5 min after. I don't think you gain much by removing a player (outside) that is breaking NLR. But im not sure why mix3rz killed him
I was online at the time. The player was inside of the building then taken outside and dragged away (the user seems to have only got their recording software up after being taken outside though), but I didn't know where to until I saw the video. The raid seems to have begun almost immediately, not even 5 minutes later which you describe as suitable. I hope people put their biases aside and actually think logically about this and realize how toxic this admin was to this fairly inexperienced player for no good reason at all.
