Mix3rz only told the user why they were moved after the user asked them about it. Otherwise, the user was completely unaware.
If he thought the user's excuse for NLR (being stuck is pretty valid) wasn't suitable, he should have warned the user for breaking that rule when they returned. Instead, he just RDMed the player (unless you can do raids in the middle of the road now? lol) , so clearly he didn't view the NLR punishment as necessary anymore himself... when he killed the player, it was because they were in a position that HE put them in with his admin powers.

Everything about this just screams admin abuse. If he thought the user truly should't have been there, he should have warned them properly (and it doesn't look like the way he handled the initial """warning""" was very good at all either).
