Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: If Player A mass RDMs and keep doing it after a warn you can ban him for Continious Mass RDM

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Derper:

After I have examined this appeal in detail, talking to the staff member that banned you we have decided to accept this appeal. You know what you did is wrong and you regret it. Since this is your first ban we will be happy to see you play again. We would like you to read the rules again so we can avoid incidents and if you have any questions ask a staff member.



Why I should be promoted:
I feel I have shown a good level as a Moderator, and I really like to help people so they have a good time on the server. I play ice hockey and I even have time to be a staff on the server. I have a good attitude to players and staff on the server. I have good activity on the server and good relationship with most of the people on the server. I have good knowledge of the rules and the commands. I really believe that i can do a good job as Administrator and do more for the community.
