Killing an I/D/T without evidence/on suspicion/or for any other reason outside the permitted rules. An example may be for having an appearance to which one seems ugly and kills you for that reason.

1. If a person shoots someone they can be KOS'd because they look mad suspicious.
2. A player ignores the detectives call for them to be tested after a reasonable amount of time.
