can it please be explained how pinging someone a second time, after being rudely ignored and given no response the first time, can be considered spam-pinging to the extent of causing disruptiveness? no indication whatsoever was given to stop and such a punishment directly goes against the ethos you're so willing to enforce when someone has the direct intention to disrupt

just doesnt add up at all to me
