I have talked to fellow staff members and have come to the following conclusions:

Your first report on CPretard is gonna be

since the victim may have shot first I don't have sufficient proof to either confirm or deny either side of the story.

Your second report on Danny will be

too since we don't have sufficient evidence and the victim may have shot first. Please provide sufficent evidence next time to get this guy actually punished.

Your third and fourth report we difficult to handle for me:

I have come to the following conclusions:

The first report on Runkar Arne will be

since he may have had a valid reason to throw that nade and we can't confirm where the nade landed since we don't have sufficient evidence to back that up.

The second one I will deny too since he really may have had a valid reason to shoot him 30 seconds into the round. Provide sufficient evidence next time.

So TL;DR I will deny all of your reports since you can't back them up with sufficient evidence.
