Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: An example of an appropriate reason to ban someone would be if a player mass rdmed in a round and then instantly left after the round/after they die.
Another appriopriate reason to use the ban command would be if a player has picked up too many recent punishments [7] within the last 2 weeks
A third reason would be if the user has already been warned for ghosting then got caught ghosting again despite the warn.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Well First I would confront the staff member member and ask why they decided to ban someone permanently despite it being there first ban, then I would deal with the appealing accordingly and will most likely decrease the ban to a 2/3 day ban if everything is fine.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): Although I've only just got mod I feel as though I am ready for the extra responsibilities as I've found my time as mod to be fairly easy and haven't made too many mistakes apart from 1/2 exceptions.(I can explain them if you ask)
Additionally despite me also just getting mod I still have been helping other fellow mods such as derper and sir krib, and have been helping out admins by pointing out people with a lot of recents punishments
I also get a long with the staff team a lot and members of the server and don't feel as though there is anyone with a deep hatred of me (apart from zinnfuls goth girlfriend) oh and mellow

Extra Information: (Not Required) I have left in 1 spelling mistake on purpose as Finn loves correcting my spelling mistakes so enjoy finding it.
