If you re-read your post, you see I say its an unnacceptable kosable reason, when pushing an innocent down tester when red.

I mean you are not clearing up if the reasons would apply for the guy inside the tester or the person pushing the button

The [color=#ff0000]KOS reason[/color] is [color=#00ff00]valid[/color].
