Hello Chespin,
After talking with the Admin that gave out this punishment I have decided to Accept this appeal.
Chespin said that he was going to do this to test the character limit and very quickly after he did this another user did the exact same thing the Admin punishing quickly acted and did not realize it was a different person and made a honest mistake.
