Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
An appropriate situation where the !ban command is used would be mass RDM situations.
If a player joins the server and RDMs 3 or more people in a single round, then leaves (LTAP), they would be banned for Mass RDM + LTAP. The ban length would be determined by the number of people they RDM and the number of previous bans within a year.
Another mass RDM situation would be if a player RDMs 6 or more people in a single round, then that player would be slain, not autoslain, and banned as well. Again, the ban length would be determined by their previous bans within a year.
A third example of the mass RDM situation would be if a player mass RDMs, killing 3-5 people, but stays and serves out the slays, then mass RDMs again. Again, the ban length would be determined by the number of previous bans within a year.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology, and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello [Player],
After reviewing your appeal and talking to [staff member who banned], I have decided to accept your appeal. Considering this is your first ban, [staff member] and I both agree that a permanent ban for a first time offender is a bit excessive. I would recommend reading the server rules before returning to the server so you can avoid any future punishments, and you can always message me in-game or on Discord if you have any questions! Have fun playing!


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
During my time as a moderator, I have helped many players and staff members with anything ranging from equipping skins to bans. On top of helping players and staff, I have handled countless reports and given appropriate verbal warnings and punishments to rule-breaking players. There have been times I have been the only staff member on the server with 15-20, or in one case 30, players and with reporting rolling in, I still kept a good attitude, kept a level head, and gave correct punishments, nothing excessive. I have only been mod for a short while now, but many staff members and players have told me they think I am ready to take on the promotion of admin. I am not applying for this promotion because they want me to, I am applying because I know I am ready and can handle this.
