Windows me has had previous SA experience, similar to another HA who recently came back and got his rank within a month or so. I personally didn't see this admin handle ANYTHING yet he still got his rank, i don't see how they can get SA so fast yet windows cant.

When you apply for super admin and expect to get promoted you must stand out, you can't just do normal staffing stuff, you must stand out, you must have a good relationship with the lead team, help them regularly with diverse tasks, have a decent weekly F1 count, and be present on teamspeak, you can stand out in absolutely every way.
