Windows me has had previous SA experience, similar to another HA who recently came back and got his rank within a month or so. I personally didn't see this admin handle ANYTHING yet he still got his rank, i don't see how they can get SA so fast yet windows cant.

Regardless of if he has past experience or if people have got SA for less, he doesn't have an active presence on anything other than SSRP, I've not seen him handle any appeals at all. Like the LT say, they're looking for people that go above others and stand out.
