Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
Firstly I would attempt to teach them myself, but if that fails I would simply link them this good video:


Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
If someone was Text/Mic spamming on the server I would firstly issue them a verbal warning and if they continue to spam I would Issue them a Gag/Mute.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
When a user is using an exploit to gain an unfair advantage I would first verbally ask them to stop using the exploit and take note of how they did the exploit and report it to a higher up. If the user continues to do the exploit after my verbal warning, I would kick the user and contact a higher up to ban them.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I should be chosen because I play the server regularly and I don't see any active staff members online. I am very active on the bhop server as I play on it at least once a day and I try and help people as much as I can without being a staff member, however, I feel as though if I were to become a staff member on the server I would be able to help more people with issues and rule breaks such as, people mic spamming, exploiting and racism. I also feel as though if I became a staff member on the server I would have more power to implement suggestions and improvements from an active players viewpoint as well as having more power to push suggestions (zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/server-is...-bhop-suggestion-ssj - such as this one where I have received no official response in over a month on a feature which is widely implemented on most Bhop servers and has overwhelming community support). I would also like to mention that I do have prior experience being staff on servers such as Deathrun and SSRP which gives me a lot of insight as to how server moderation works.
