You said in your first ever appeal (The same reason for the warn) that you were sorry and you were new and hadn't acknowledged the rules. If you did read the rules there are clear examples of what RDM is and the exceptions of it.
IMO I think your first appeal should be accepted but this one should be deny'd. Please understand when entering the server you agree that you have read the rules. This would basically mean you had a third chance.
