We have taken in mind the staff ethos and your recent punishments into account with this new ban and have come to the conclusion that the punishment is valid as you have just come off a perm ban and even have a recent warning. You should take the time you are banned to read the rules and how to follow them. Your actions towards the situation show that you are not really sorry at all.
