Reading his appeal for his warning he revived them and then killed them while they were still afk this should mean no items were lost and this punishment request just seems like you want him warned for mass RDM even though he was already punished in SSRP.. however he still did a bad thing but I don't think this is a massive deal TTT wise.

A good talking to from boss should be good enough imo.
