I think you're a viry kind guy who has a good knowledge of the rules. You're always friendly to other staff and users on the server. You haven't really done anything really done anything bad on the server. Your application is pretty good just have two things to point out, when shortening or unbanning a user you don't remove the ban from their rapsheet (not that you can do that as an admin any way). Also I don't think that exploiting makes people's life worse O.O
