I only have 2 issues with you, the first one being that you rely most of your rule knowledge on rumors, which leads you to making small mistakes like that one mentioned. The other one is that you play the gamemode too competively making you overreact certain situations.

The good things about you are that you're a really loyal staffmember. You play alot on the server and you're very dedicated. In my understanding you have a very good idea of how to handle reports and use the commands. You know the rule generally except from certain situations being rumored and that previous stuff.
