Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
When a user has received too many recent punishments, it is appropriate to ban them. Typically, a user should be banned upon receiving a 7th recent punishment after being verbally warned when receiving the 6th. Depending on the time span in which these warnings are given and the severity of the warnings, exceptions may occur.
Other reasons include (but are not limited to):
-When a user commits Mass RDM and leaves to avoid being punished.
-When a user is ghosting with 2 recent punishments for ghosting or continues to ghost after being warned.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
I first consult the member of staff responsible for the ban to get a greater understanding of the situation: their insight may be an influence on my decision. Then, I check the responses on the appeal to see what the community thinks about the situation. Afterwards, I would make my decision which would look something like this:

I have reviewed your appeal and spoken to the staff member who issued the ban.
Exploiting is a serious issue: it is prohibited on our servers to prevent the game experience from being tarnished for other players.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
-I have been a moderator for 4 weeks and believe I have gained enough experience and earned enough trust within the staff team to take on the extra commands of an Administrator. The few mistakes I have made were a result of adapting to new staffing guidelines, and I have recognised and done everything in my power to fix them. None of my mistakes have been repeated.
-My activity is still solid and I am on the server almost every day. At times I have stayed up late into the night to deal with the usually understaffed community which plays in the later hours.
-I often help other moderators who have questions or are uncertain how to handle certain situations, and I am not afraid to ask higher staff if I need advice.
-My report count is decent and I am sensible with my staff powers. I also make sure that people understand why they have been punished (through !psay or the active chat feature.)
-I believe I am a friendly and approachable member of staff who gets on well with the community, staff and user alike. I am always polite and professional to other people when helping them out or handling their reports and avoid getting into arguments.
