We have discussed in the CC Meeting, We do not plan to ever change this or to separate them. I've already asked our discord staff members to start being more active on the discord itself and start moderating the main chat which is the General Discussion chat. If the staff members aren't willing to do their job on the discord or do not want to actively help out they can decide to open the applications within the ts/discord meeting at the end of the months to allow users from discord to gain discord staff, however you will also gain team speak staff if you get accepted.

We appreciate your time to bring the issues towards us and we have certainly noticed that the discord isn't moderated to the best of our abilities. I've also recently made users being able to @ the Administrator role, meaning more staff will see it. People tend to do @Head Admin, however, that unfortunately only pings myself and spectrum.
If this continues to be an issue I would gladly like to see the applications open for people who would moderate the discord.
