This is mostly for TTT suggestions because i don't look at other server's suggestions. Things i say in here probably could apply to other servers suggestions but they might not.

Before you make a suggestion, please search the forums because your suggestion has probably already been made and been declined. I'm not trying to discourage you from making a suggestion but if you don't search the forums you'll most likely waste time making a suggestion which has been repeatedly made and declined.

If you do find your suggestion then use common sense but here's some advice.


This post isn't perfect but can we please pin a post like this at the top of suggestions titled ,read before you make a TTT suggestion, to stop people making the same suggestions weekly. If someone isn't searching the forums for their suggestion then they won't find this. Most people find the template thread so they would probably see a post like this too if it was pinned.
Also It will be ironic if this thread has already been made before but i can't find so newer players won't be able to either which is the point.

Also sorry for broken title but i couldn't really do much before of the character limit.

Then it's most likely being worked on or in the queue , it might be a little change that won't have much effect or it might be a big thing that staff will work on when they feel its worth it. It could also be that the thing has been added and removed. If you think the suggestion should still be added then make a post about it. [b]If it has been declined[/b] The reason is most likely permanent and won't change but in the rare case you believe the situation has changed or the reason doesn't hold up anymore then remake the suggestion. [b]If the post its not locked[/b] Why wouldn't the post be locked ? [spoiler]Suggestions need to be discussed before a decision is made to think through if there is any issues on it and if the suggestion is a lot of work or a small thing that will have little impact then they might leave it for when they have more time rather than committing to it straight away. [/spoiler] Comment on the older post , there is no reason to remake the post because in most cases you will get the same feedback. Commenting on an older post will cause it to be displayed at the top of the forums and people will be reminded on it and can express how much they still want if they want to.
