they can destroy all props on the server. if someone decides they want to destroy a RPhouse, they can just run tons of earthquakes. as EVERYONE is effected, it isn't TECHNICALLY targetting an RPhouse. it's dumb.

The only issue there is with adding a cooldown that it would be even less useful as it is now.
so I think unless there is another ability to add to it this should be countered in another way.
