I have looked at the video and spoken to Matt. I am going to ACCEPT this report.
Firstly, as a Super Admin and a role model to other staff he should know better than to act in this way, even if meant as a joke. Super Admins are role models to users and staff members, and behaving in this way regardless of friendship is something we would like him to avoid doing in future. He did claim you are friends when spoken to and he didn't mean it in any offensive way, but its not how myself and another member of the LT believe a super admin should act on the server towards users.

Again, he would like to apologize for any offence he caused you and Matt will be spoken to, however no further action will be taken at this moment.
