Suggestion Title: Cops On Aspirin

How would it benefit the server: It would mean that cops could survive rad rounds when raiding nukes.

Potential Issues/Exploits: Non that i can think of

Additional notes: Its really annoying when your raiding a nuke and you cant just take Aspirin and walk through a rad round.
As an alternative to Aspirin there could be a certain type of EDF suit like a Hazmat suit.
