In my opinion, you are really still improving and the only thing holding you back right now is your Discord ban. You have pretty decent activity in-game and a presence on the Forums. You also have no recent punishments and while in-game I haven't experienced any bad attitude. Keep up the activity, don't get any recent punishments and make sure to show everyone that want staff.
