Excluding the grammar and spelling errors, I felt like your application could have been longer and more detailed, especially when applying for a lead team staff position. For example, when you said "Also I believe I stand out in multiple ways," if you explained how you stood out to everyone else, it would have made your application better. This is just one example of many I saw.
