Why I should be Surf Head Administrator

My Story with Zarp (Surf):

I've started surfing almost 4 years ago in CS:GO and joined Zarp over two years ago, when I checked out the TTT server. Shortly after I applied for staff on there and currently once again hold the Administrator rank.
After a while I saw the zarp server list and saw the surf server which cought my interest as I have played quite a bit of Surf in CS:GO before and got pretty good with roughly 500 hours already.
After a bit I applied for mod and worked my way up to Admin, shortly after resigned again however as I lost the interest in most maps. With quite a few maps getting added in the beginning of the last year I've decided to join the server back and worked my way up to Surf Super Administrator, which I held for a few months and then once again decided to resign since I did a few mistakes with TTT staff and said stuff I didn't mean and just didn't feel welcomed by some Community members, since they shut all my chances of ranking up down. Understandably after what I've said. In my opinion it was the right choice to step back from my ranks and take a step back from Zarp and focus on University.
After a four month break I decided to get back on Surf and got moderator six months ago. Three months later I got accepted for Super Admin. Since then I got way more active inside the community again and two weeks ago applied back to TTT.

Activity:

My in-game activity has been consistent for six months now as I always got my time. I check the forums way too much at the moment and almost never miss a meeting. In Meetings I'm always an active member and give my opinion on all the new ideas or maps for the Surf Server. My Teamspeak activity is my main point I'm planning on improving over the next weeks and months. With the Surf Staff being on in the evening/ late night for me it however is hard to be on with them, as I play most of the time in the morning.

Attitude:

My attitude ingame, ts3, the forums and in real life is always positive and friendly to everyone. It's almost impossible to get me to rage over something as I'm a very very calm person. While this is true I'm also taking staffing on Surf and the other servers very professional and can be strict to users and staff that deserve it. Nonetheless I'd say I got a great relationship with the staff members and users on surf and am respected.

Dedication/Experience:

As sad before I have been staff on zarp for quite a time now, starting with being accepted for TTT mod 2years ago. Since then I've held SA on Surf, admin rank on Deathrun and TTT and Bhop Admin giving me a lot of experience in handling Appeals, Punishment requests, users and reports. While also showing that I'm dedicated towards this community and am not only on Surf, but almost all Zarp servers. This especially came clear to me with my return on TTT recently as every situation is just routine for me and easily handled with basically no problems.

Plans and Ideas for Surf:

My plans as Head Admin would look similar to my plans at the moment. I would love to help the server back to rank 1 under the Surf Servers. A big advantage of mine is that I am pretty skilled at surfing and by that know what the players on Surf want and what needs to be improved. I would love to work even closer with Onionrings and the CM team for Surf and be a more trusted staff member. To be honest tho I don't think too much would change. As I'm currently one of two Super Admins I already am the highest ranked Staff member behind OnionRings. I would just love this role as I'm very dedicated towards the server and Community and hope that OnionRings and the CM team include me more in new features as I think I'd be a good addition to the team.
