I personally see you as a good player with an alright understanding of rules, Ive had no bad experiences with you so far and although there are stories about your previous staffing experience I feel that you have changed and not repeated any such behaviour since then!
I also feel you should be given another chance I know there would be a very icy atmosphere towards you as of your past and some staff not feeling that youre ready yet but I personally feel if you were accepted again youd be a great addition to the team once more!
Just dont lose your cool and keep on the goodside of everyone!
