I've seen you say some very questionable things the last couple of weeks towards other players. Your attitude might need some more improvement.
You have very good activity and no recents. If you can keep this up and you can prove that you deserve a staffing position by bettering your attitude and being helpful to other users then I don't see a reason why not.
