Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match, or RDM, is essentially what it says in the name, a random deathmatch. RDM can mean may things such as gunning down a player with no provocation, or damaging a player, which would count as attempted random deathmatch, or ARDM.

Scenario: Player George spawns in as the round starts. Player Steve walks by George and Steve, as an innocent, starts to damage and kill George for no reason. This would count as RDM. If Steve were to just damage George and not kill him, it would be ARDM.

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario:
Example 1: Player Kevin spawns in the round as a detective. Kevin walks up to a body that has DNA on it and gathers DNA from the body. The DNA leads to player John and Kevin asks John why he killed the player. John does not answer within a reasonable time, thus Kevin may put a KOS on John and have John killed.

Example 2: Player Bob joins the round and finds the golden block. Bob decides to put the golden block in an unreachable area, such as outside the reachable water or in the lava in the nether/lava pool. Another player sees Bob do this and is allowed to put a KOS on Bob for doing a traitorous act. This could also be considered T-baiting.

Example 3: A player is shooting around another player. In other words, T-baiting, and can be killed. For those who may not know what t-baiting is, it's the act of pretending to be a traitor, committing traitorous acts, or shooting at or around another player, like in this scenario. Killing the player who is t-baiting would not be considered RDM

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:
Example 1: Player David was killed by player Adam in a previous round. David is upset with Adam because he acceptably killed David. David decides to get revenge on Adam and kill him for no reason. This would not be an acceptable kill and would be considered revenge random deathmatch, or RRDM.

Example 2: A player joins the server and starts killing everyone for no reason, Mass RDMing. Player Vick kills the rdming player and finds out the player was an innocent. Player Todd kills Vick for killing an innocent. Even though Vick killed an innocent, he killed a player that was t-baiting and killing other players. This would make Vick's death unacceptable and Todd is in the wrong.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 100 words):
I have previous staffing experience in my many years of playing Garry's Mod. In 2015, I owned a successful DarkRP server, which lasted about 5-6 months. I shut it down because school started back up and I could no longer manage it. Though this was in 2015, I still remember my way around ULX and know how to manage difficult players.
I am very active on the server, typically on from around from when the server starts getting busy, around 4-6 AM EST, to around 1-2 PM EST. I work third shift so this will be my typical hours on the server for the near future. I try to be as hopeful as I can be to new and existing players in the community. I know I have one recent punishment for RDM but accidents happen.

All forms of feedback are welcomed and encouraged, positive and negative. Thank you for reading my application! :)
