Well yes but actually no. If he didn’t do anything which could be considered raiding (e.g pull out a gun or lock pick the door) then you can still kill him due to the KOS sign on the building. Also, the staff member has made a massive lapse in judgement here, it does In fact seem like a bait into you breaking the rules. If the staff member didn’t think your KOS sign was legal, you should’ve been brought to a sit and asked to remove it, rather than him just walking in and testing you. Either he couldn’t be bothered to get you to remove it or he wanted to get you punished, either way, the staff member is in the wrong
