After speaking with a few people about this report and reviewing it myself I can see that Xnator has explained all his actions and apologized for any wrong doing. Thankfully we even have the VoD so we know there was no malicious intent whatsoever and the rulebreaking wasn't known until afterwards. This would be more than enough from any player in-game, staff or non-staff to settle the report so we won't need to do anything further.
