Never said it was an excuse, you guys are making it sound like he committed genocide on the server though lol, in reality this is a very small issue and could be corrected with just a simple explanation.

I've said it's a simple rule break and I don't expect anything to actually happen to him, its the fact that he is arguing and saying that he did nothing wrong.
